No surprises, no hidden fees. Here’s exactly how payment works, from your first deposit to the final walkthrough.
HOW PAYMENT WORKS
Two Payments, Start to Finish
1. Deposit to Start
50%
Due when you approve your quote. This reserves your spot in our production schedule and covers the materials we order specifically for your project.
2. Balance After Installation
50%
Due after your furniture is installed and you’ve walked through the finished work. You don’t pay the rest until you’ve seen it in your space.
Why We Structure It This Way
We don’t ask for full payment upfront, and we don’t ask you to pay in full until you’ve seen your finished furniture installed. It keeps us accountable to the work, not just the invoice.
About Your Deposit
Your deposit covers the fabric, foam, hardware, and lumber we order and cut specifically for your project. Because that material is committed to your job the moment production starts, deposits are non-refundable once we begin building.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to make changes before we’ve started building? Reach out as soon as possible; we’re glad to work with you. Once your project enters production, we’re unable to refund the deposit already applied to your materials and shop time.
