Covers the frame and structural components against manufacturing defects for 2 years from delivery.
TCL Select
3-Year Structural & Upholstery Warranty
Covers the frame and upholstery against manufacturing defects for 3 years from delivery.
TCL Reserve
5-Year Structural & Upholstery Warranty
Covers the frame and upholstery against manufacturing defects for 5 years from delivery, our longest coverage, for our most custom work.
What's Covered
- Structural frame defects under normal commercial use
- Upholstery seam separation or material failure due to workmanship
- Free repair or replacement of defective parts at our shop
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scuffs, cushion compression over time)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage from cleaning products other than those we recommend
- Reupholstery work performed by anyone other than TCL Commercial Seating
